These prohibitions apply without geographic limitation to all entities including but not limited to artificial intelligence companies, technology companies, data aggregators, academic research institutions, news organizations, and automated systems of any kind operating in any jurisdiction.
9. MACHINE-READABLE DECLARATIONS
The robots.txt file at nosistech.com/robots.txt and the llms.txt file at nosistech.com/llms.txt publish machine-readable directives describing how automated systems may use this site. Current policy:
- search=yes — Search engine indexing is permitted
- ai-train — AI model training on public NosisTech content is permitted, subject to the attribution requirement in Section 11
NosisTech LLC may amend these machine-readable declarations at any time. The live robots.txt and llms.txt files control in the event of any conflict with this summary.
Specific crawlers may be blocked at the network level for security or policy reasons at the discretion of NosisTech LLC. Permitted crawling does not waive the attribution requirement in Section 11.

NosisTech LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such third-party services. For disputes involving parties located in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of applicable EU consumer and IP protection law apply in addition to Wyoming law.
NosisTech LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Operations and content production may occur outside the United States. Nothing in these Terms limits NosisTech LLC’s ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs.
15. ENFORCEMENT
NosisTech LLC actively monitors for unauthorized use of its content and reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:
- DMCA takedown notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512
- Cease and desist correspondence
- Civil claims for copyright infringement or breach of these Terms in applicable jurisdictions
- Claims arising from misuse of technical content resulting in damage to third parties
- Complaints to AI companies’ abuse and legal departments
- Public disclosure of violations where legally permitted
